We are looking for a Store Manager to lead one of the key points of sale of the company, in Alcorcón.

With a clear focus on providing the best service to our customers, you will be responsible for the shop's performance, leading the team to ensure compliance with all processes, product management and activations necessary to generate traffic in the shop.

Your duties

  • Managing operations efficiently.
  • Inventory management and control of brand levels.
  • Maintaining a perfect shop image corresponding to brand standards.
  • Managing the shop's sales budget and financial performance by correctly managing margins and spend.
  • Management and leadership of the team, recruiting and training, motivating and inspiring them.
  • Realization of the shop timetable.

Your profile

  • Intermediate or higher education.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position. Desirably in international brands.
  • Knowledge of KPI's (TM, UPT, CV) and their levers. High level Excel. Tracking of sales and other indicators.
  • Commitment to profitability, initiative, leadership, flexibility, results orientation, sales orientation.
  • You are an absolute teamplayer with a passion for sport and a positive attitude.
