We are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clubs and Coaches Project Manager to join our European #teamyellow. You will be a key player in managing reporting and analysis, supporting Grassroots and Promotions team members (clubs and coaches for Tennis and Padel) across Europe, implementing CRM tools, and contributing to strategic projects. Additionally, you will have also key responsibility for Tennis-Point / Padel-Point merch products.

Deine Aufgaben

Reporting: Conduct weekly analysis and checks related to the Coaches and Clubs programs.
Analysis: Utilize Tableau, Google Analytics, Commerce Cloud, and SAP for data analysis.
Communication Plan with Coaches: Take ownership of the Coaches and Clubs communication plan, including newsletter coordination and distribution.
Grassroot and Promotion Coordination and Support: Onboard new Grassroot and Promotion Sales Manager in our core countries, offering support, and addressing inquiries.
Manage the webshop promotions and special offers for the international and G&P teams.
International Coaches Support: Respond to and onboard new international coaches beyond our core markets.
CRM / B2B Tool Project - Lead and Sales Management: Implement and oversee the new CRM tool and advise G&P team on its key functions and uses.
Meeting Management: Assist in preparing agenda for various team meetings.
Merchandise Management: Play a key role in planning, ordering, and overseeing Tennis-Point merchandise products (hardgoods, apparel).
Budgeting Support: Collaborate with all Country Managers and Grassroots and Promotion Managers to facilitate the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Guidelines: Adjust and enhance guidelines to align with new processes.

Dein Profil

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in project management, consulting, operations and reporting, ideally with more than 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
Experience with direct sales organizations; tennis/padel is a plus
Situated in one of our core countries Germany, Switzerland, Austria, UK, Spain, France or Italy
High proficiency in Excel is a must.
Proven ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Experience in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau and with CRM Tools.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English; German, Spanish, French, or Italian is a plus.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
